Of course, you want to avoid spam so enforce users to posts ONLY posts with content and not 3 words... but 3 posts a day?

It's not like the Username is an innocent Billy1999 either.

The 3 posts is in Introductions, it saves you picking up warnings for spam posting, plus it saves staff from then having to delete these posts.
