... cannot even imagine what happened to you at that time...I Hope all is well Harro. I remember the last time I was in Hospital I had 3rd degree burns to my 20% of my legs, a Bust appendex, broken knee, smashed teeth, homeless and a knocked up Girlfriend, at the same time!! That was 18 years ago . I'm All better now
My Son is having a shot for you on his 18th

Hey, Harro, as far as the OBE portion, if you're trying to figure out what's going on there is a site called saltcube that at least they know about OBE and in their case mostly for those who want to do it. But I mean for some insight, considering 98% of the authorities will say you dreamed it, if you're lucky.
If panic comes on you may be able to stop it flat by going into a deep slow breathing pattern like a person who is asleep, really long, deep breaths, just three, then some more. Don't Panic is a very good book for that part.

Please get your facts right before accusing someone for bumping up their thread count .
I have been trying to contact harro for the last 4 weeks in many different ways skype , Pm and so on.
He has been on BH lately so I gathered he must be ok but after trying again and again still no reply.
It does not matter who they are people still should be able to reply back it is just showing bit of respect to other members here.
Talking about bumping up their count " Stop bumping. " ha ha that was your REPLY , you done well my friend .
Anyway it is Christmas so have a merry christmas I am sure we will talk again .

Actually i thought that why somebody is bringing this thread up? When it's already not replied for a big(compared to few other threads) time.
It's nice that you really cares, as for your previous attempts, i think that when somebody can't even reply PM, or reply in skype, so for him/her thread would be little bit far for reaching. You are Correct in your way as well.

I know the pain of severe panic disorder all too well. I had a horrible time with it over the last year. Ended up in the hospital twice and had to have paramedics come. I ended up getting into the right doctors who put me on the right medicine (Lexapro, Propranolol, and Klonopin). It was the most stressful time of my life as I was out of school for 4.5 months. I also had agoraphobia which makes matters worse. I Havent had an OBE events but I imagine they are horrible.
