well im out of hospital ofcourse and kinda ready to help the world again .
Anyone who waiting for me dont worry ill be in touch as normal in the next few days

IM very sorry ive lost contact with a few of you and i really appreciate the support times are very unhealthy for me but i aim to please and not let down anyone. If i do i will 120% make it up to each and everyone of you.
Thanks for the kind words !!! ill be back docs have told me to take it easy but i dont wish to let you all down.
