HARO Responses Management

I'm overwhelmed by the number of responses I got for some queries I added on HARO.

It's actually a good thing, but It's taking a lot of time to answer all these responses.

Any idea on how to streamline this? From my understanding I can't ask the prospects to fill up a form, but at least I'd like to set up a responder to let them know that I'm being slow, but haven't forgot about them.

The main problem is collectng all the responses in a sheet or something similar. That would already be of great help

What about hiring someone to respond to them

Use a virtual assistant or ML categorizer

Already done that, but I wanted to save my VA's time by automating the data entry part.

How has been the success rate hiring someone to do that ?

Here I'm talking about collecting pitches, so I'm the journalist in this case. Hence, answering is easy to speed up, whereas collecting all the data is still manual.

I tried a couple of email scrapers, but they simply don't work
