Currently, I'm using no additional harddrive option.I heard that raid drive are fast drive.Which one would you pick among above.

Since you do not have an answer, you may be better off going to a hardware forum as you'll want to get this right.

I'm in hosting. Answering these 3 questions, I should be able to lead you in the right direction.

1. What is the amount of space you need?
2. Do you already have offsite backup setup, or are you going to use that for this as well?
3. Are you purely looking for speed and not worry about redundancy at all?

Personally I'd run the core on an SSD and the rest on something with 15k rpm at least

do not go with SSD they have issue with high rate of data transfer

You would only use SSD for running your OS not data transfer..
