Just wanted to thank Hardsoft and Havokb for thier tips and advice, i'm making a nice $50-60 a day using this technique. Going roll out a few more of these campaigns and try hit that $300-500 hardsoft is talking about...
I'm going to ask a question and don't kill me. All they have to do is enter they email? Do they have to confirm it? After the leave they email you get paid is that right? I like the idea of sending them to a page the tells them the site is down because of bandwidth they will just go away.

those cpa networks are taking their god damn time in approving me.
Have you called them and asked about your application?
Yup. Put in their email and hit submit. Then you get paid (unless the lead gets scrubbed or something but that's a whole different question.)
No confirmation. Most of these advertisers are just selling the email addresses in bulk. If they continue on with the offer (for a cruise or a free ip0d or whatever) they may make a little extra, especially if there's a bunch of coreg shit in the backend. But you don't really care.
This isn't a long term relationship type sale you're making. It's a one night stand.
They have to go to the advertisers page (well, there are ways around that too, but let's not go there) and put in the info. This is how you get your credit. you can't just grab their info yourself if that's what you were alluding to. [edit: nevermind you mean after they get the "password." Didn't catch that at first.]
Ok, if all they are looking for is a email address and contact data.. could you up proxy and sign-up with other people data like from a old email list... I have 1m emails and data from a year ago.. I guess you would what to only do a few at a time and use different offers? Could this work?
jeez guys its pretty simple. one line of code, save as .html, upload
<META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" content="0;URL=http://www.yourlinkhere.com/redirect.html">
So they no need to fill up surveys or do the offers?
