Greets!

Well i'm Dutch. And i must say the English/German/French Grammar is easy peasy compared to Dutch Grammar. Dutch should be between medium and hard.
I even have some problems with dutch grammar, its quite confusing sometimes.
-> http://mylanguages.org/difficult_languages.phpArabic, Cantonese, Japanese are said to be the hardest, based on the approximate learning expectations compiled by the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) of the US Department of State. Finnish, Hungarian, and Estonian are also among the hardest because of the countless noun cases.

You're right about Slavic languages, they're pretty similar. Are you Polish? : )

IMHO, i prefer to learn grammar first, then try to speak and write, cause I've never seen a non-native Polish speaker, who speaks with correct grammar : )
English is quite easy too.
I was always under the impression that English was one of the hardest languages to learn. Due to the fact that there were so many different variations of the same word, with multiple meanings.
For instance you can have the same word, in the same sentence that mean to totally different meanings.
For instance:
The list really is endless.
- Excuse; Please excuse me while I think of an excuse.
- Polish; Tell the Polish cleaners to polish the floor.
- Minute; The button was so minute that it was a minute before I found it.
- Wind; Hopefully the wind will be strong enough to wind the windmill.
- Record; It's the referee's job to record the new world record.
C++
