Hey I'm also started doing something like this few weeks ago.
how did you get the initial traffic? did it just came automatically or did you share it facebook groups and other things.?
another question is you say you used 4 accounts? did you different adsense account for each channel ? or just one adsense account ?

Inspired by this post, I started thinking about creating my own YouTube channel. I kept thinking about the content of videos. I tried to do a lot of keyword research.

I observed that the niche of "Plus Size Models" gathered a lot of male audience in short time.

So, I engaged my self and two other friends to gather images and music in order to create videos.

As OP said, YouTube is full of crap videos and that includes a lot of videos containing slide shows of pictures with music. So, we also threw our videos into the ocean of crap videos.

OP and seniors, kindly advise us, on how to select niche that gets thousands of views in a month's time. I and my friends think that it is possible in our selected niche of "Plus Size Models".

Thank you for the method. I used a similar method, but my accounts got banned for spamming. Every new account that I made and started to add new videos I got banned very fast. No idea how to prevent this.
The key for this is large amount of videos.

this is really inspiring ! I thought about youtube but honestly with all the different projects I have, it's more like shiny object syndrome.

Congrats man! I thought of doing something similar, but in a different niche.

I don’t have much experience with Youtube...

If I was going to do this, I would create separate tube accounts for each niche. In the videos I would prompt people to visit a website I owned. So if I did videos of dresses, I would prompt the viewer that they could buy that dress at {website}.

The website I directed them to would have a collection of dresses categorized by style, and each dress purchase would be an affiliate link to earn me extra revenue. [OP says he already adds some CPA in the description. I would do it in the video]

The website would have a blog or a collection of articles to build engagement with the visitor and a little better SEO momentum. I would continually direct the visitors to join a mailing list, maybe offering an inducement to do so. This would allow me to start building an email marketing list to earn me a little extra revenue. I would sent out a monthly email that had a mix of original and compelling content, and some affiliate offers. Perhaps, if I had built enough of a list, I would create my own product to market to these people.

I don’t have much experience with Youtube. But I’ve learned that if you don’t control the platform, you don’t control the longevity of your revenue stream. These corporations change their terms all the time. Sometimes they ban you for no reason at all. I would try to leverage this traffic while I could and direct it to my own platform so that I could continue to profit from these viewers even if Youtube bans me or prevents me from monetizing the videos in the future.

Very inspired to hear your story. You have made a great amount of videos which I think have taken lots of time.

Everyone here don't make same mistake like OP, work smart not hard! This method can be fully automatized.

1. For video making simply use ffmpeg.
2. For pictures use some scraping software or build one, it's not that hard.
4. Uploading on youtube - not sure for this one but there must be solution.

Just add bunch of proxies and set everything on VPS.
Here you go, you have money making machine - until 3 copyright strikes. Enjoy!

Do the models you've chosen have names? If so it will probably help to put them in the video title and the description. I would consider making your videos a little longer too, at least 1:30-2:00 minutes each.

Just throwing up photo slideshows isn't going to work anymore.

As people have been saying YT will ban extremely quickly. Instead of having 10 photos of random plus size women how about padding the video out abit.

Choose some plus size models and make a video called "Top Ten Plus Sized Models" or "Top Ten Curvy Celebrities of 2017" Google some useless random facts about them all and as the photos of them come up you give a narration of the facts about them. Throw in the odd joke and move on to the next. All video editing can be done with free software and YT wont see it as a random piece of shit you've posted.

If talking on video isn't your thing write a little script and pay a guy/girl on fiverr to talk or hire one of the video presenters there to do it infront of greenscreen and use video software to drop your video in.

Examples are : and and
In fact the channel associated with the first video is the PERFECT template to use with this model.

Look at the quality of those compared to the slideshows. Same content, Same idea yet a million times better.

Thank you very much. This is the best advice I got.

I just have one fear remaining i.e. copyrighted pictures and videos. I know, I should not take pictures from online Magazines.

But still I wanted to know what is the exact definition of copyrighted content? I mean, on which grounds YouTube bans?

If we take a clip from a movie (e.g. a kissing scene) or a TV show (e.g. FTV Bikini Fashion Show) then would YouTube in future (probably after 1 year) ban us on copyright grounds?

May be after 1 year, we would have uploaded more than 6000 videos as OP did. He was working with his girlfriend while we are a team of 3 and we might grow our team if we see, dollars coming in.

And all of us fail in the end if Youtube bans on copyright grounds!

How do we avoid this?
