Hard to take Action

I somehow have the same problem. I am quite happy to see that there are more people like me out there. I am not exactly sure what holds me back in IM, but i think the reason is that i am a perfectionist. I hate doing things wrong at start. I want to do it the right way at start. This weakness holds me back in many things....
