Hard to keep up! whooaa!

Hi, i am currently creating a gpt site as i've mentioned before and i have bouhgt the script and a design. I just have to code the design. I need some advice from you guys, should i keep the site or sell it for cash on sitepoint and how much should i sell it for? I would like some money for articles being written i think i will try the plr article pack method and a few others like if i sell for $300(or different) then do 3 methods and outsource $100 for whatever i need in all three or should i put all the money into getting articles written for plr pack selling? Thanks and sorry for the question overload i just heard that running a gpt is very time intensive and not worth it. am i right?

Where did you hear 20 dollars? Someone ripped you off

75 dollars at least, because a Website was Built. It doesnt matter if it's brand new, 20 dollars beat you over the head. Sell website for less than 75 dollars = foolish.

I have put in about $200 dollars and it has frankly an amazing custom design along with a great script and i will be coding it myself without tables so i would be lookink to sell it for about $250. Is this possible? All the person would need to do is add offers and promote. I could even give them a few backlinks at the beginning and training in the script cashcrusader.
