Any kind of curry made with Bhut jolokia (for those who don’t know Bhut Jolokia, it used to be the hottest chilli on earth just a few decades back).
I just love the taste, but it burns, twice.
When it comes to Paani Puri (we call it Phuchka), I like them with extra chillis. Otherwise the taste isn’t quite there.

I have never been a "good" foodie, but one thing that always brightened my day, as strange as it sounds, was something made by Beacon (English Sweets Co.) called Allsorts Mint Licorice. I have no idea why they pulled it off shelves because it sold out faster than their regular, quite frankly mediocre, flavours, but that is neither here nor there.

I ordered bullet chillis in a restaurant once. They were big green chillis that had been chargrilled and they were served with big grains of rock salt. They were SO tasty, but at the same time extremely hot I was suffering so much from the heat but I couldn’t not eat them. They definitely made me happy and sad at the same time.

Well Pani puri is always my favorite but i prefer to add sweet water with chilli water.. love the mixing of both. Yummy
My daughter always prefer chilli toast, really so delicious but you can't stop saying.. pls give me water either any sweet dish.

Famous is putting it mildly. Perhaps I am biased because I live in a country with a lot of people of Indian descent, but I have yet to visit a single city that did not have some variation of this dish.
If you so much as think that you might like Indian food, then you HAVE TO try this dish. Thank me later if you do
