These days I like to gamble on the stonk market (so far $20k down) ...
I am in the process of starting a new business tho. Marketing will be done through viral marketing. You learn more by following my stupid journey thread.
But I dont know of any other platforms that are a good alternative for FB ads.
F)ck zockerberger for selling out and choosing the large corporations over the small guys that built his lil shitty ad platform before the large corporate accounts were willing to take a chance on it.

Yep every account disabled. Even tried one of my own aged accounts (a year old) with my own IP (usually use a VM and VPN) and it still instantly got disabled just for looking at the setting. It seems like you need to verify identity to even have the slightest thought of running ads now. Such a shame because I was laying in bed this morning and felt like I had an amazing idea, which now I cannot try lol

Facebook Ads are "dying" in people's discussions for a couple of years now. But people are still working and making good ROI with them. Problems in the platform are like a cycle, this is the second bad period this year after the beginning of May and the problem with permanent account restrictions. It's normal for FB, one month there are a lot of problems with banned fan pages, the other Risk payment bans, then a lot of restrictions, etc.
It's just a cycle, we are working through it like every other time!
