    Personally I find it hard enough to keep track on all the stuff that needs to be done in order to rank the SERPS and boost the sales. When it comes to doing everything myself I find it impossible to micro manage 100+ tasks each day.

    So lets take a small poll here shall we?

    Be honest now ;)

    It takes me more time to outsource stuff than do it myself (with some exceptions). And guess what, after I outsource the generally provide me with monkey crap.

    As your poll shows it really boils down to what jobs. I can write OK content but content is not my strong suit.

    I do mostly everything else except off-page seo, because frankly I just find it boring. That's why I specialize in finding profitable keywords that can be ranked with minimal linkbuilding. I sometimes outsource articles, too.

    busywork = outsource
    things that take brainpower and intelligence = me

    best thing I've figured is to figure out something works, and train your outsourcer to do it.

    I am pretty much doing anything myself except for off-site SEO. That one is just boring and I will wont be able to match any of the offers around here anyway.

    Work is evil, it gets you tired. I outsource pretty much everything, except the thinking.
