Just weighing options if a toll free service number = more legitimacy = more sales? If the toll free number routes to you, do you think it's worth the extra potential head of receiving phone calls when your site starts to gain traction? It seems adding a phone number it would add legitimacy in the buyers mind, vs. a website that only has a contact form, which I've always been skeptical of as being a fly-by-wire setup. But adding a phone also seems like a big potential headache.
