Handling monetization... URGENT ISSUE

Site has exploded in the last week, somehow the site is #1,#2,#3 (different pages) for one of the most profitable keywords in e-commerce and sales exploded yesterday to 10,000/day gross 9300/day profit ish (all legal)

Our payment processor is certainly going to ban us very soon (only approved for 500k/yr)

What channels can we use to funnel this? We need a FAST solution.
Paypal acct was frozen about 3 hrs ago (40 something orders in 1 hr with average ticket >$100) luckily I moved this before then

Gateway was shut down for 3 hrs from 8-11 and inbox received approx 100 "payment isn't working" emails. Seriously need help
Specifically looking for a stop gap solution, don't care if they charge 8% of the transaction as long as they pay and won't blink until we find another merchant processor or up our limit

What an awful problem to have! :rolleyes: You can use my paypal acct. to send payments and I won't charge you anything! Just kidding! Congrats on the success!

I think I've come up with a week long solution at least.

site--->CPA referrer to 1 of 5 payment processors (diff accounts) through 5 different sites

Going to be a bitch to set this up
 
you are going to need a real payment processor. Contact your bank and find out who they recommend. They may even do it.
 
What did you do to get the pages to rank that high for those keywords?
 
Thats a tough one, I've run into similar problems before but honestly most take a while to get up and running.

I'll ask around though for you. Your idea may be the best one yet, rotate in payment processors, but as you said, thats gonna be a bitch to manage.
 
You could get people you trust to set up merchant accounts and rotate those.Well done on your success btw those are VERY nice figures.
 
it depends what products are you selling, there a lot of good merchants on the internet, what are your goods?
 
Get multiple offshore merchant accounts and a gateway that does automatic load balancing across all the accounts. 4 merchant accounts should keep you safe for now. I've PM'ed you links.

I was able to bypass the issue by setting up a series of dummy sites and trying to push as many customers to the merchant account as possible.
We did get banned, but we set up a merchant account inside a month that authorized us to do this volume with a 5% reserve. We in fact wound up using quite a popular Merchant service for this site, not one of the ipaydna "high risk" ones that really jack up costs, it's a big US bank and we locked in 1.9% thankfully..

We lose our e-wallet accounts (paypal or whatever we use) about once every 2 months... though only a minimal amount of money is ever trapped in them. Pretty much inevitable I suspect.

Total revenue from then till now is slightly higher per month, but that particular site isn't doing the low 5 figures/day anymore (still very healthy though)
