Sounds like bull ... search and adsense are 2 different parts of G. If you break the adsense TOS you get banned from adsense and thats all, you dont get deindexed. Getting deindexed is for breaking the search rules.

I agree with you it is bull crap, you can find brians methods here from his old course called commission ritual, also his sites have not been deindexed, he lost rankings from the may day update and really has no clue as to how to get these sites to rank, forget about this webinar, find some keywords for halooween costumes, such as ironman costume, build a squidoo lenses and then just repeat the method, quick and easy way to earn money for halloween, or build one large halloween site, but it's to late now, so build your site for next year.

Actually i am a big fan of Brian,my first IM course is commission ritual that is a great IM course for noobs.Now i am earning decent amount every month by his methods.I did't bought his halloween super affiliative course.But still earned upto 4K this month from halloween niche but 3 days back my website is sandboxed but still i am very much happy with these earnings.
He's definitely hiding something. But I do have to agree with the basic premise of the course that says that exact match keyword domains get a big ranking boost.
I've got one site with heaps of great content, tons of back links .. and the #1 spot has always been taken by the same 1 site: it hasn't been updated for years, has like 5 back links, but it has the exact match domain name.
