HAF for setting up STMP and automation bot

Hi, Looking for an experienced person who can setup SMTP server on VPS.

Please comment or reach out only if you:
1. know how SMTP works and have knowledge about different panels and Ubuntu/Linux & VirtualAmin
2. have past experience of Mautic, Mailcow or Modoboa or can suggest something better.
3. know how to setup PTR/rDNS along with IP rotation and IPV6 basic knowledge
4. can work near $50 per domain install.

If you have an experience of developing PHP or Phython script for gmail or outlook to send emails but don't know how to do the above, send your quote separately.

Please note that this is all to be done for B2C space so, please don't send me any requests regarding softwares or anything else which can't function in B2C space. All communication will be done through BHW unless and until some other form of communication is required.
