I need help with fixing my vps server, my website just got offline and I received this mail from my hosting

your server was not affected with power outage, it was in dracut state, that means your i/o usage is high.
PLEASE MOVE YOUR SITES TO DEDICATED SERVER WITH NVME

Is it a Wordpress website? Most free/cheap hostings are limiting their read and write operations to keep their servers stable.

Send me more information via PM and if there is a way to optimize this on your current hosting (based on the limits) I will help you out for free.
