i thought it was just me who encountered the problem. thats why i reset my password just when i've logged in today. 
Had problem with opening BHW

Maybe Im wrong to assume this but I would assume a bunch of people that spend most of their lives working with websites and the internet in general would know when a website had gone down.
I would imagine their server crashed and it was brought back online when someone able to do something about it came on, nothing too out of the ordinary here I would think.

Same opinion in here.lol, I had the same problem. I had black thoughts... Even that BHW is closed forever... Nice to see U back online

Yeh except I could access the site via proxy, not my own natural ips so I myself was wondering what the deal was. Though I survived, bhw is like a security blanket; even if I don't frequent it daily or if I am on all day, I like knowing it's there!

Errr....so now I can't log in. What the hell? Notice the account I created to write in here and to contact mod.
It keeps telling me that I exceed my login amount even after I reset my password and waited 15 mins. I even changed up my IP, no luck what is going on? whenever I try a different IP, I locks that ip out too when I try to sign up a new account.
Get me in, this is MoGreen

If I don't come back on, that means I'm either trouble or ran out of all IP's, please contact the appropriate authority.

I added this to my hosts (it's in Windows\system32\drivers\etc\) file:
204.124.182.119 blackhatworld.com
204.124.182.119 http://www.blackhatworld.com
And now everything is ok
I had to do this as well.
As of 1:22pm still not available any other way but proxy until I edited my hosts file.

Yup I had problems too opening , I kept on refreshing the whole day but it didnt work , But then I spent time setting up ideas which I had learnt from this forum
