Had my first conversion last night...

Woke up this morning to find I had screwed up my tweets and of my 500+ tweet experimental run I had only posted around 30 or so. I figure I need to work on the spintax a bit, and play around with the speed at which I'm tweeting. Oh well lemme check my CPA account. OMG $1.20!?

I have to admit I was beginning to think that perhaps IM just wasn't for me, but I've gotten a start and now all I want to do is IM. If it wasn't for this forum I'd be lost in the sauce still. Thanks BHW!

That's awesome. You never forget your first, haha. Now keep going hard, your second and third will come even sooner. Also, don't make the same mistake that every CPA marketer makes, which is getting comfortable with a campaign, and then all of a sudden something changes and your profits flatline overnight. It's really hard to fight off getting comfortable, but if you do, your bank account will thank me.

Hell yeah i felt the same way to when i started 2 months ago. Im doin well now. Keep it up u will get there. This forum is fantastic. When i get some spare $ I will donate here.

Very nice! It's very motivational. When I got my first lead I was like: "Like a BOSS!" and smoked a spliff, fot new better ideas to scale it up. It's is not my steady income right now, but I hope someday I will live from internet money. Then I only need beautifull and lovingfull wife and bacon and Jack Daniels.
 
Congratulations mate, adjust your campaigns, check the results, finetune what you do, and you will be doing some nice bucks soon ;)

Congrats, OP, my first conversion was from twitter and it was $1.20 from CPA as well, lol

Pretty cool, man. I just finally made some conversions from CPA myself like $5 worth of leads on one network, and $1.40 on another network. PPC spend so far: $11. lol And that was after like $15 on Twitter blasts that ended up with no conversions. But yeah, I feel like I got a second wind.

The only other online money I made was from Fiverr article-writing slavery, which I gave up on after getting backed up with orders and realizing I was making about f'ing $4/hr from it.

So, even though I'm still operating at a loss with this (not counting Fiverr Hell), those few little conversions at least gave me indication personally that there's some real potential in this for easier money than a regular job. And, of course, that's why I started looking online in the first place.
