Had anybody else this rejection reason?

But the problem is that I'm receiving this message which is not about that, and after I search in the google help forum, I found other channels with original content having the same problem.
It's interesting that my channel that had reused content, is not rejected for this, but for something vague.
I checked the other channels, and I couldn't find what they were doing wrong.
That is why I conclude that not the reused content is the real reason for rejection.
