Had a manual action from google in webmaster tools, need help

Tell me about man, but for sure they will ask you to remove like 99.9% of them since none of them will respect Google guidelines and will be consider to be unnatural, I am telling you because I am having same issue and that is what they are saying for me to do, basically remove all and start over or get a new domain, is just ridiculous.
