I bet $50 that your bloating is either dairy or gluten. (Yea yea I know, hipsters ruined gluten-free stuff, but many people do get bloated from it)

First of all going vegan means today nothing anymore. Most vegan products are poisened too in a way or other.
May it be pesticides, gmo, modified seeds, growing without soil etc .

Like T0mmy posted its very often gluten.Gluten is thanks to modified weat or maize and you got them nearly on every product .
Many peoples bodies are getting issues like exemas etc because of that food.Thats why the gluten free industry is growing so quickly.

However i would recommend if you really want to go vegan to find a source of healthy organic food.Without that you still keep eating junk food just in form of fruits.
I would also recommend sour cucumber and sauerkraut as they have millions of bacteria which will restore your intestines .

Just going Vegan won't work today anymore since discounters are already marketing everything to be "bio" but in reality its just the same junk with a bio seal on it which won't change anything on the quality.

A good example is the organic egg industry. To get a seal that your eggs are organic you just need to own a place where your chicken can walk out.
It's for the seal company not important if these chicken really go out and live a normal live or are still being hold in mass breeding .They only care there is a "possibility" to go out and thats enough to receive a seal that your eggs are organic even they are the same crap without seal.

^This.. humans shouldn’t be consuming gluten at all.. a lot of people are intolerant to it and don’t even know.. it could be causing a simple side effect like a rash, dandruff, bloating.. and people will put that down to something else or it’s normal because it always happens. They assume only people diagnosed with celiac disease are gluten intolerant and ignore their own mild signs which then obviously deteriorate.

Had the above written out then got caught up in something else.. @3hlut explained my point about gluten a lot better though. Sauerkraut is great btw.. I eat it a lot!

Exactly!

Food is our fuel, so gotta be careful what you put in. I'm in my mid 20s and I get insane acne if I consume dairy for example.

as a vegan you can eat legumes such as lentils, chickpeas, beans and grains, rice, seeds and nuts. you cant just eat leefy greens, you need macro nutrients. eating just greens you get only micronutrients, which isnt enough for your body to work properly. eating legumes, grains, seeds an nuts, you get macros as well. also a 7 day veganism wont be enough, try 1 month, and youll see the difference. ive lost 8 pounds (4 kg) eating what ive just mentioned and also lost the bloating; my belly looks smaller. you need to be eating 2-3 meals/day. i do 2 meals.

another aspect is supplements that you need. these are: vitamin b12 (cianocobalamin) (heres instructions on how to take it: https://nutritionfacts.org/2011/09/12/dr-gregers-2011-optimum-nutrition-recommendations/) because you cant fin it in plant based food, vitamin d3, iodine (in the form of kelp if possible)

eat flax seeds as this have omega 3

Also interested in seeing you try the ketogenic diet. (properly ofc lots of misinformation out there)

I did it and lost a lot of weight. And a lot of pants sizes. Detoxing from carbs and sugars is insanely difficult, but I did it for a year. I'd have kept going but life circumstances changed and I couldn't afford to keep it up. (keto can get expensive)
