Hacking niche - legality and fake file

For all of you who operate in the "fake file hack niche". What do you do to ensure that shit does not hit the fan?

- What file do you give people who complete a survey? The in-video demonstrated .exe file that does not work, a pdf file with some bullshit text regarding the topic?
- Do you put a disclaimer on your website to protect yourself and make legal cases impossible?

maybe a combination of both?

am wondering if it would be worth it to try and enter

I just give them simple coded software with fake Error message witch says that user needs to update .NET to 4.5 and then bunch of codes like x51231s s812673 x132123 x315123 so they think it's their computer fault

Well when they complete the offer(s), they get redirected to a page with a download button with an exe. Guess whats the exe about. PPI software xD

Gues its a win-win situation lol

You could take this little further and then they click "CLOSE" button on that fake error message you could send them to CPA offer or somewere that traffic could convert. For me conversion is not high but still it brings extra $$$

What if the person who fills in a survey and is scammed of money decides to sue you?
Do you add disclaimer?

I don't know if disclaimers protect you from suits resulting from illegal activity? Sounds dangerous.

I just code the GUI in wxpython then convert it into exe using python exe pacakge. I sometimes add a function which gives fake messages when clicked.
