This mail has come from a mail account from my own domain, when I dont have any [email protected] email account.

How is this possible.

There was no ticket attatched.
 
they probably read your whois data, then just spoofed the email address , look at the email headers to see where it really came from

edit : you didnt open that file did you ?
 
The whois is protected and there was no files attatched,

and I see it is written to have come from [email protected]
