Hackers has been targeting me for 9 years

I'm in a difficult situation in the last 9 years. Hackers have been targeting me heavily. Mostly to disturb my business. I do not make a lot of money but anytime I try to make money online. They somehow find out which website I am on and try to scam me.

My home PC is constantly under DDOS and all my websites too. They do all kinds of stuff to disturb me. They try to make sure I don't make any money online and they mostly want to annoy me.

Types of attacks I am under:
- 1000 phone calls and messages a day from spoofed numbers.
-Home PC is under DDOS attack even though I changed my IP so many times and even moved to a different house (possibly a hidden virus on my PC to identify me?)
-They constantly cause problems for me like reporting my websites and fake DMCA attacks. Hacking into my websites and even spamming my websites and stealing my keywords.
-They constantly break into my home router years ago and turn it off all the time.
-I was banned from Ebay as well after they purchased good from me then called Ebay to get the money back ($1k gone)
-I was selling accounts on another website and constantly getting declined orders because the website has good fraud technology.

How are they identify me anywhere I go on the internet? Even my friends and family have been hacked on Facebook.

I am using a VPN right now while using Cloudflare DNS to block the DDOS.

Can you guys give me any advice?

1. Reinstall your OS and watch out any apps you download in the future (use adblocker+no script for firefox).
2. Change all passwords to at least 15 digit password length (your router included)
3. Check your websites for any "fishy" files that might have a backdoor( such as c99/r57/wso shells) This might help you out 4. Keep using your VPN everytime you go online.
5. If your DDos continues on your home network, contact your internet provider and ask them if they can help you)

Wipe your machine out and install any linux distro you like. Unless your router is also hacked, the problem should go away immediately. Perhaps you should have posted this thread 9 yrs back haha.

I didn't do anything.

Looks very personally.

Just do a format c, change ur passwords and add 2fa.

I'd invest in a new laptop and router, change phone number and passwords.

I was about to reformat but I think my router is hacked anyways no point of doing that.

Someone must be really hating you to do this

I have seen versions of this in gaming communities. You beat someone in a game and then they hound you for life.

I don't know what your situation is, but if all you're saying is true, then it seems a very talented hacker has disliked you.

The only way to work around this is to befriend another talented hacker. I was lucky to have such a friend, most of the time he would rage at me for not following the strictest security protocols... but by the time he finished, even Amazon couldn't send me targeted ads while I was on Amazon, shopping.

Buy a new router.
Reinstall your PC operating system.
Restart your phone’s operating system.
Change all of your online passwords.
After you did all that, always use a VPN in future and get yourself a good antivirus software & keep it up to date.
Also, whatever file you download from internet, if it’s .exe, before you run it, scan it on websites like VirusTotal.

Ok but why, what business you are into.

Resetting a PC doesnt work and same thing with a phone. They infected my computer twice in the past and it just disabled my anti virus and destoroys my PC.

They even install a Stealth virus on my website that was almost impossible to detect. No software could detect my website virus so i had to rebuild it

The American government is actually right about cyber crimes being out of control.

It seems your pc infected with remote access trojan look for removal guide / antimalware software

if it does not work just format the hard disk and break it or keep it safe, get a new hard disk install fresh os

youre looking at a pesron who lost their mind to mental disorder
when my router goes offline....merchant account gets banned...pc gets a problem....multiple things go wrong. etc
i don't think, wow, all these problems, must be a hacker after me, for 9 years.
but if you're crazy, yeah, that makes perfect sense. must be a persistent hacker after you. and theres someone in your walls.
talk to a local professional....one on IT or maybe psychotherapy.

Have you tried to change your internet provider?

use linux as os

change your hosting to offshore

change router ip/ get new router and use vpn with killswitch

if u cant block ddos, switch over over wix which they cant ddos due to server size.
