My site started redirecting to some weird ass site. Anything I click on my website on Google/Bing/Yahoo it redirects to some page. Have I been hacked?

Check your .htaccess for some weird code, or hire someone to manually scan the files and database for the redirects.

hmmm, try loading your site directly in at least two different browsers. If your site is still redirecting, then you have a problem and htaccess should be the 1st file to look at. If the site runs Wordpress, after you sort out htacess, check out your theme .php files

If you have a decent host, just email them and tell them you think your site got hacked. Good hosts will fix it and let you know when it's done.

It's not the actual site that redirects, it's when I search on either google or any other search engine the results that are my domain name. Whether it's contact us link or about us anything you click on those search engines redirects to some strange domain.

When you click on a link for YOUR SITE, it redirects. If other sites don't redirect, it is your site that is redirecting.

This can in turn be since you have a 301 permanent redirect in your .htaccess file. Google recognizes this and implements it on their search as well.

Have you checked your .htaccess and theme/template php files?

Yeah someone with alittle more knowledge in coding, will go through it pretty soon.

Are you sure it's just your site and not all sites you are searching for in google? Put a search term in google and see what happens when you click on one of the results. If it happens with another site, you have spyware and maybe a virus. If it just happens with your site, you were hacked. As someone else said, tell your host. They will fix it if you can't fix it yourself.

Yeah, it's only that one website. I spoke with host and they said they can't alter the code because liability issues. But a web developer is going to go through it sometime today.

it is a virus on your comp. I would update and run a fullscan of w/e antivirus you have.

I'll update the thread later today, in the meantime thanks for the suggestions. I'll pass them along to the guy that will go through the code.
