Well, it isn't a hacking forum, so we can't help you with that.
If the domain is a brand name for instance, which is trademarked, you can claim the account from Twitter. If not, i'm afraid there's no legal way. Twitter doesn't release usernames, if the only reason is that you have a matching domain.

Choose another user name because its hard to get that user account
