hack a website to book tickets

Need help to hack a website to book tickets. The website is indian railways ticketing portal. It keeps timing out and we are never able to book tickets. Other agents have made a software and the software basically post value into the website (Read and write to cookies) and helps them book tickets. Need to make a similar software either desktop or web based.
