H1 tag or h2 tag for title?

If the template on css look for this code on index.html file "<h1></h1>,<h2></h2>,....." .Also you need to have some basic coding knowledge(eg;html,css) in order to make those changes otherwise you can seriously mess up the template & make sure you have backup copy saved some where on your hd before changing anything.
