[H] Looking to create / buy website that generates $500+ per month

Hi.

First of all I'm extremely sorry if this was posted in the wrong forum. I haven't been on BHW in ages.

I'm looking to buy a website that generates a fixed revenue each month but I don't know where to start. Can anyone provide any helpful tips to not get scammed or ripped off? Do I just look for something good on Flippa? I'm not asking to get spoonfed here.

I don't think finding something fixed will ever be logical. But Flippa is probably your best bet.

Finding sites with fixed revenue that have the possibility of making more if they can rank higher and you have the resources to rank them higher then it's always worth it

Looking for a niche/ideas/technique of a site that is generating $500/month so I can copy and even scale up.

Instead of buying 1, why not either:
a) Get ahrefs subscription, analyze each listing on Flippa that's around that range, analyze onsite, see what they did, look at the competition, where they ranked etc
OR
b) Get a semrush and analyze sites monetized with adsense in a niche, looking for ones that have traffic worth 500-1000, their backlinks, their keywords, onsite

I'm gonna have a blast running around with a shared ahrefs sub from fiverr once I get a payout from amazon. Still gonna take ages though.

Are you trying to troll or something? I'm not looking specific ideas / techniques / etc. Just want advice on how and where to buy websites and not get scammed / ripped off in the process.

One of the easiest ways to make money on line is by buying something for a low price and selling it for a higher price. It is even better when you don't need to pick up or ship a product.

Instead of buying a website that already making money, why don't you just buy the domain name & sell it for good some of money ? Here comes site flipping. It's just an opinion. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks - BB
