Gyms opened

Some tips for all BHWers raking in $$$. Less snow and hookers, more houses in countryside, home gyms and small-farmer-sourced food. Invest into this and you won’t care if the rest of the world plays Plague Inc. We already mostly work remote so we were ready for this for a while. Bonus points for home pools, you can save on the size/space by using a swimming belt and swim stationary. Screw lockdowns, we go the self-sufficiency path.

Throw away all the junk food so he has to eat healthy

I would also consider of eating less common food, and focus on the food, which has a lot of proteins.

Another tip: Outsource counting calories and macros per portion to whoever is doing cooking in your household. That is by far the best way to go about it. Good luck convincing them though if you are not paying them or if it is you, good luck doing it long-term without losing your mind:D In theory, it is very easy, you just need to control the food intake. The executing is where it gets tricky.

Glad the gyms are open.

But, I have a friend that's got an auto-immune condition and is medically exempt from taking the vaccine.

Is there an option for people to go to the gym if they show a negative test?

Slightly worried, because if that rule comes to the U.K, then he (and other people like him) won't be able to go to gyms. :(

Which, aside from being pretty sad, is blatant discrimination.
That's unfortunate. I'm not sure, if there's a solution to that at this point. Where i live these certificates will be needed until fall, we are told. Hopefully it won't last long and everyone can go.
