Gym pass business

Hello community!

I am thinking about starting a business which would offer gym membership for multiple gyms/sport object in my country. Currently I cannot find any and they are becoming popular as I notice.

Model is following:
- companies pay part of the monthly membership
- workers pay part of the monthlt membership
- gyms recieve part of fees
- my company takes a cut

What are your thoughts? It seems like win-win-win-win business foe everyone involved, yet I wanted to drop it here and hear what you guys think.

I would also offer this to individuals that may not be associated with any of the registered companies.

I still didn't do any calculations, but what I see other companies doing is aiming strictly for companies. I believe that the reason behind this is economy. Offering it to individuals makes sense, but then the person needs to take company part of payment and theirs, which probably becomes to much. Thanks for the idea anyways

In my country (Czechia) there is the MultiSport card: https://multisport.cz/

Its usually sponsored by an employer and you pay something from 30 to 45 USD and have access to most (not only) gyms nationwide.

Exactly, they are international, I know they are in a few countries in Europe. I was thinking about naming mine also multisport, idk if there would be any legal complications
