GWT displays PBN however Google engine does not

Hello,
I created a PBN which has never been indexed and never appeared in google serps. However in GWT I can see this domain. What does it mean?

If its in GWT, how its not in Google index ? I didn't understand. Your PBN is not indexed ? But its linking to your money site ? We need full information to answer this.

The PBN was created over 1 month ago. The link to my MS was placed on this blog. I was waiting till it gets indexed and appears in serps. It has never happened tho. Right now I am checking my GWT and this domain appears there however when I use the formula site:domain I can't see it!

Your PBN domain may be banned but Google still crawled it and found the link.

what do you suggest in this case? would you leave the domain live with the link or remove it?

Are the whole domain not indexed ? if so i would remove it.

As far as i know it does not bring much value if it´s not indexed.

when I type in google site:domain I get NO results at all. However it does appear in GWT pointing the linked page
