Have you noticed that Search Analytics on Google Webmaster Tools has stopped updating since Feb 23?

Now that you mention it, I checked and mine is also stuck on the 23rd.

It will eventually just fix it self though, nothing to worry about.

I find that WMT updates a lot of there stats at random times or can take awhile. The only thing I have found that it keeps up to date on are daily clicks. Otherwise, I find that I see it updated once a month at the longest.
