GWB Impressions, Clicks and CTR

Hi All,

Does anyone knows if the Clicks/Impressions ratio improves the ranking in Google ?

Is is Big factor in SEO ?

I noticed when I get a high CTR my ranking improves, So I was wondering if it actually is....

If it does, should I buy clicks ? and Good source for that ?
