Gvoice registration without phone verification

For like two weeks now, I have been struggling on How to register Google voice n verify it without phone.

I have read a thousand and one posts on forums via Google, it seems they ain't working, some site mentioned like ipkall, 7k.net n the likes r closed down.... they ain't operating again.

Please who can help me with current steps to open a Google voice without phone verification.

You can buy Google Voice accounts. Just search on Google.
