Guys STOP Using YouTube USERNAMES

As you guys may have noticed that these days G+ and YT is integrated. By default, YT now associates G+ profile with our YT acct and we use our real (or fake) names and a randow profile id on our YT channel. We can get a Username and custom url using advanced settings, and most of us do. But it just came to my mind that if we use our G+ profiles on YT, the subscribed users will be added to our circles right? I think we can use this fact to our advantage. Can we see the gmail id of users who added us to their circles? If it is then it's an easy way of getting loads of valid and active email addresses. We can then invite them FB or something. What do you guys say about this?
