Guys pleeeease I need you help

ok here is the situation
I have no freaking idea how to get a contract for a call center
I just get 120K US as a loan from my bank in Tunisie ( my home Country)
and I want to contact some compagnies or some call center if they want to outsource their jobs to my call center wich be a lot cheaper for Them .
In tunisia, a call center agent is paid around 350$ per MONTH , it s like a 1/4 of the US and Canadian Pay lol
Now What I want to know , Where to find those compagnies , How do I know they need a call center.... Please Guys any help will me much appreciated and any help that will lead to a contract will be well Rewarded
If this will work for me , I can finish the damn engineering withou stressing about money anymore .
Plz guys I need your ideas

I had a business plan , and I had a contract but I lost it because the fuckin bank took forever to land me the 120K ... and to be honest with i just took it to complete the paper work so I can get the money . but now since all my agents are bilingual ( frensh/english) arabic as well ) I m looking for something form US or Canada .

Inbound contracts will be much harder to find than doing outbound calls yourself. Most legit companies here won't outsource customer support without a lot of research on their part.

I don't have any contacts unfortunately. Most of the people I know of that are in telemarketing run boiler rooms and telemarketing scams. Lots of money in it!

If you are trying to go legit with this, why not contact your embassy in Canada? As you know, we are bilingual here so they "might" have some business development contacts for you in both french and english. Who knows, they might even do some of the hard work for you in order to drive some business "back home". Good luck.

its tough time to establish a call center unfortunately.bcoz recently obama announced no tax cuts for outsourcing companies,so the existing clients might even roll back on outsourcing,leave alone getting new clients.
