Get a stealth paypal, vps is a option but you can also get a resi proxy on a separate firefox profile. Use vcc or vba to verify it and warm it up abit.

As for proxy there are a bunch of seller here on the forum, most are data center proxy. I'm not saying datacenter proxy are bad but most are heavily recycled so I'd avoid them and go for resi proxy which cost more but better safe than sorry.
