Guys need help with auto blogger

What is the name of this system uses auto blogger..

Webtoolsin (dot)com I dont know if it is reliable..built on PHP / MySql platform and need to run on Linux platform . Auto Blogger is really helpful for SEO persons . Auto labelling feature of this app can help to add tags and keywords on blog posts .
