Guys how can I make my website look like this one?

I want to make an amazon affiliate website that looks like http://www.thisiswhyimbroke.com/new/ for my niche
How can I make it so that the website displays amazon products like that? When I paste in the html affiliate link amazon gives me my website only displays the code.. not the image that it's supposed to.
My website is hosted by Hostgator and I'm using wordpress to customize it. I would greatly appreciate responses because guys I've been stuck on this step for the past 3 hours and I just feel so incompetent.

I want to do so much but I'm taking all the wrong steps. Any advice is appreciated thank you so much for reading this

Try woocommerce plugin and customize it for yourself

I think it's just a custom post type. If you have HeadwayTheme you can easily recreate that layout.
