my experience, no cloaker is completely perfect. In this field, you improve with experience over time. Google keeps updating its review system and ad policies timely, You can start with JustCloakIt, TrafficGuardian.

Honestly, you're playing with fire using cloakers on google ads, but if you’re dead set on it, check out adspect or keitaro. Just be ready to lose your accounts because google is way smarter than you think

Google ads is geeting very strict lately. I personally wasted a lot of money on different services but most were getting detected easily. For now. I am using Trustcloaker and it's working fine for my campaigns. The filter is quite strong unwanted traffic. you can check them out, but always do small test first.
