im thinking on selling this domian,

this keyword guide to healthy have a volume search of 40k a month

now its real easy to dominate google 1st page when you have the exact keyword as a domain,

but im not sure about the price what you guys think ?

i know i did my research good, the thing is im involved with to much projects right now, and its a shame to see this domain wasted like this, so i thought on selling it and let someone else to the bank which im sure he will do :)

but im not sure how much it worth as a domain only
 
i actually planed to do SEO work and already ordered 20 articles that just sitting and i did nothing with that, so if ill see that its not worth to sell it as a domain, i guess ill manage to find sometime to develop the site and use srb888 advice
 
Its worth reg fee undeveloped.

I recommend you developing it and add CPA and PPC offers on there but focus on the CPA products and have the PPC there as an additional revenue source.

Dude, the EXACT global search for that keyword is just 12! Always check the exact keyword count before grabbing it.

the exact volume search for it is 40k a month in google keywords tool, and in market samurai, i can show you a screen shots im not sure from where you grab your info but i double check that

actually to be more accurate its 33.1k

got that on the exact but still i think that if you dominate google 1st page on this keyword you can get nice amount of traffic, which im planing to mix it with healthy snacks and some other keywords that fits right

"guide to healthy" = 9,900 [phrase]
[guide to healthy] = 12 [exact]
 
Its not even worth the reg fee, you obviously made a fuck up when buying that and thought you were looking at the exact match traffic.

Ditch the domain and forget about it.
 
Domain as is is less then reg fee...its the type you sell on ebay hoping to take suckers money!
 
potential sites aren't worth a damn. Either develop it or let it drop. I have tons of good domains that need developing too.
 
It have little exact local monthly search in US or considering globally.

So its not that much worth as you presume.
