After spending the day messing and trying to figure out some stuff on proxies, I came up with a simple solution which I'd like to share with you guys who have iPhones and would like to use them as mobile proxy servers for your online ventures. iOS has Personal Hotspot, everybody knows, which you can leverage to share your 5g connection to your Computer (mac or PC), Android does have something similar, but whats I'm sharing is an iOS shortcut that makes life so much easier by rotating your IP on demand and showing your new IP in a sleek way.
What you need:
iPhone or iPad (LTE version)
A good data plan
A computer with some multilogin browser
1. Download the free app WhatIsMyIP, can be any other one, this one is just free of ads -> https://apps.apple.com/app/id1144986021 (this will help us make sure we got a new IP in the end.
2. Get the shortcut on your iPhone https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/42f04fc6f2a843548fc8b3e9504eb77c
3. Place a Control Center widget like this for "5g Renew IP" and run it
4. Connect to your mobile spot network from your computer Wifi settings and enjoy a new IP to do your online ventures
5. Do it again every time you need a new IP
6. Profit
What it does:
It's a very simple shortcut, as you can just check, that first runs WhatIsMyIP for 3 seconds to show your current IP, then it shuts off your wifi connection and turns on airplane mode (to force new connection to network),then it reconnects to your carrier and turns on mobile hotspot, giving you a new IP and comming back to WhatIsMyIP where you can check you got a new IP.
