Servint.net is excellent. They have cPanel VPS's starting at $50/month. Don't even bother messing with shared hosting.

Also, I highly recommend that you DO NOT submit to topsites as that just brings in non-US traffic (low paying clicks, all they will do is increase your server load and drain your bandwidth). I found that buying cheap ad campaings worked the best. Adengage.com and Adbrite.com are great places to buy super cheap advertising.

And you maintain decent profitability after buying ads on those networks? You're basically paying for ads so other will hopefully click on yours.

I own a proxy network...check the sig. You can make decent money with them except when kids are out of school and then it sux rotten eggs!

i have about 20 proxy sites, all parked on the one site. is this a good idea? or is it better to have different accounts (and different themes) on my vps? im currently making like 3 cent a day from adsense and like 2 cent on cpmedia... pretty bad...
