Guide to High Quality Articles on a Budget

Nice tip for fixing up an article. I tried this route a long time ago but it was way too time consuming. Good for those on a budget and have a lot of time I guess.

On a side note, a high quality article and a grammar-free article are two very different things.

I always write article myself but if in future I need to buy articles then this would help !!

I didn't knew the second link, I'm certainly going to use this in the future!

An interesting and eye open tips.

Gonna try this for my web 2.0

Good source of info for quick T1/MNS content on a budget!

It takes me literally 10 minutes to write a 400-500 word article. If I use speech to text then 5 minutes. I'm really curious why people have such trouble just writing their own T1 content. I get using junk on T2 or on non-backlinking pages of T1's but if it points at your business you ought to have an extra 3-5 minutes to spend since you know your keywords/niche/etc better than a freelancer.

How long does this take?
I had always assumed that the forum members on here who do not speak English well want their articles sounding as if a native English speaker wrote it and not an English-language learner. They could also be indolent.

I decided to give this a test. Here is what I found....
(quick summary - it takes a lot of time to rewrite poor articles even after fixing it at PaperRater)

I picked a random article from Ezi..articles. As luck would have it, it was poorly written. Here is the article.

Airbrush make up is becoming popular day by day to advanced technology. Brides want to look like a celebrity and they choose airbrush makeup for their wedding day. Many people do not know about airbrush makeup. Airbrush makeup is a makeup in which liquid cosmetics are used and it is done with a brush. It is similar to making a drawing on the canvas with a brush. Makeup artist uses an airbrush and air compressor for airbrush makeup. A professional artist will spray liquid at a low pressure. Recipient will have a pleasurable experience. There is a perfect blend of colors and an artist tries his best to give a perfect look to your face. He will create an illusion of a perfect face.Airbrush technology covers your complete face with a thin texture. The look of your face is more natural. It is done to provide a smooth and natural look to your face that matches with the normal skin color. This technology is helpful in hiding the dark spots, redness, and other scars. Thus, it makes your skin radiant and you get an even skin tone. It gives a finished appearance to your face. There are no ragged edges left behind.People who have sensitive skin can also go for airbrush makeup. There are different types of airbrush makeup available for people with different skin types. You can use water based airbrush makeup if your skin is very sensitive. If you have a sensitive skin, you can tell this to your makeup artist, so that he may not use any silicone based or alcohol containing chemicals for your makeup. He can choose simple water based airbrush makeup for your sensitive skin that is completely safe.Airbrush makeup lasts for a longer period of time. This is also a useful makeup technique for brides who have acne prone skin. It is the most durable and long lasting makeup style for people having different skin types. Your makeup artist will give finishing touches so that your makeup looks all natural. Very low amount of foundation is required in airbrush makeup and therefore, it is a healthier option for your skin. Many people think that airbrush makeup is costly than traditional makeup. This is wrong because airbrush makeup starts from a low price and it depends upon the type of foundation that you choose for airbrush makeup. You can search on the internet to choose the best and affordable airbrush makeup artist in your town or city.

Here is what I found. I pasted the article and set it as an "article/blog" with a 10th grade reading level.

1) It was great at spotting grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors and offering suggestions.
2) While not a Copyscape check, it did identify the article as plagiarized from ezin... and a couple of other article sites.
3) It identified that the article phrases did better than 20% of those at this education level (earning an "ouch" score)
4) It identified that 53% of the sentences were passive.
5) The use of transitional phrases ("one sign of an excellent writer") was better than 28% of those at this education level.
6) The vocabulary was better than 34% at this education level.
7) Overall it gave the article a high school grade of "C".

So after correcting the grammar, spelling, and punctuation I was left with several indicators that the article was poorly written based on a number of factors. But my suspicion is that an article this bad would need serious work to become "high quality".

OP should be given thanks for a useful tool, but this is not a quick fix.

Thanks for share. Let me check first.

Oh Hooo ! Really bad. I have to try this tool.

You can use PaperRater as a grammar, spelling, basic proofreading. If you want to edit your article to the bone, I'd suggest you use Grammarly. Imo, the outcome is high quality enough to be money-site worth.

When I use PaperRater, it takes me about a few minutes to edit the article. Although, when I use Grammarly for my money-site content it takes me a little longer because there can be a lot to change (writing style, passive voice use, wordiness, etc.)

If you can use speech to text to write an 500 article in five minutes, wouldn't you have to say like more then one word a second

I mean that's 100 words a minute that is like over 1.5 words a second

and writing 500 words in 10 minutes that like what 50 words a minute, that is faster then most people can type

that's really fast, writing

I wonder why you sound so surprised with those numbers. Think about it: How long does it take you to say one sentence? One, two seconds max? I suggest everyone to check out Dragon NaturallySpeaking. At first it feels strange talking rather than typing. But once you get used to it, you'll be churning out articles like you've never done before.

Do the the articles need to be corrected?

I wonder how you would create a finished completed quality 500 words article within 10 minutes.

Plus, it will be amazing that Dragon N. could produce and recognize 100% of the words spoken. In addition, researching, correcting and proofing are also parts to produce one good article. 5 minutes to get the kind of result would be AMAZING for me!

Anyways, it's great of you that could produce an article within that time frame.

If you know the topic very well, you can breeze through 500 words. It won't be 100% accurate. This highly depends on how you speak and the quality of your mic. I suggest you use a usb mic. Let's say accuracy is 90%. That's still really good. Spend an additional 5-10 minutes to edit and your article is finished.

Then again, this software isn't for everyone. Some people do better with good old typing. Windows has a built-in speech to text program, although it has been frustrating to use. You might want to check it out just to give it a try.

Read this reply. How long did it take you?
