Does anyone have a good method of creating a new paypal, after your old one got limited? I would like to figure out how to do this. I need paypal for business, but paypal screws us all over at some point.

Should I make an indian paypal, and just sign up with a new card?
If I do this, can I withdraw money to my credit card?

I like to know it also because my paypal account with my real detail have been banned and i need 1 paypal account for me to use as sending and receive money. Thanks

The only real way to get a verified paypal is to have a friend or relative sign up (or get permission to sign up for them).

Has to use all of their info, bank account, and a fresh IP to be safe.

Buy a proxy, get an online bank account, and buy a prepaid visa.
