Without any doubt, this is the best scrapebox guide. Super detailed and very noob-friendly.

Thank you for this, Wolfpack.

Question!

Couldn't the below section be accomplished just by using the Link Extractor addon set to internal?

N

I have tested it both ways. In some cases, I only gain an extra 10% of urls found from using the internal link extractor. over what the engines give, while making me sort thru 200% more total urls to get that 10% gain.

While other times I have gained almost 100% increase over what the engines give. So it all depends on the site. This is working with about 5000 unique domains total that were all auto approve.

I always used the engines as a base. However with yahoo pulling the API and the site: not supported in scrapebox for yahoo, using the internal link extractor is way more appealing.

Also AOL yeilds a lot of site: results, but they are broken right now too, so right now I am using the internal link extractor with good results.

If you really wanted to do it, the ideal way would be to take your AA urls, then run them thru site: on all working engines, then run those results thru the internal link extractor.

I do like to include the engines though, that way you get only already indexed pages, where using just the internal link extractor may get you pages that are mostly not indexed. It just all varies, so I use both.

This is very true, but I personally value indexed backlinks as having far more effect than non-indexed. The latter seem to do nothing at all for my SEO.

Thanks for the trick really needed !!

All good my friend :) No recent updates thanks to another task of mine taking up some time, currently in preparation with making a lot of money (well, a lot to me) on Fiverr per day.

Great guide, read through it and im tinkering around with scrapebox. But i have a question though:

so lets say i was scraping urls for cat related terms for my cat niche website. I composed my AA list after posting and save it. But i have 2 other websites that i want to build backlinks for, lets say dogs.com and the other one midgets.com. Do i reuse the "cat" AA list on these or do i build up a new AA list from scratch aimed at dogs and another seperate one for midgets? I assume it needs to be a new list or else i would be posting random cat comments on dog websites.

Or alternatively, is it possible to use a big master AA list composed from a whole slew of random keywords and keep using that for every site forward? By going from the principle of quantity>quality in this case.

Thanks for this guide, which I have read several times. It has helped me to understsand my SB but still lost somewhere particularly when it comes to using Backlink Checker addon.

To be explicit, after posting, I went to the Addon Backlink

Same keywords for cats, dogs and little people (I'm being PC)?

I doubt it so you probably want to scrape new lists. By the way are sites on the same IP?

Thanks for the last little part about using competitiors sites to "blow up your AA list". About to start implementing this method.

Bumping this as I put too much time into it to let it die :)

I have a few questions about scrapebox if you wouldn't mind answering them :)

How much would an initial setup for scrapebox cost?
- Cost of scrapebox
- Cost of Proxies
- Cost of hosting

Also how could you in turn make money with scrapebox?

Sorry if I asked too many questions.

Luke

IMO Scrapebox is the the best tool to begin in BH and it's quite cheap, you should not worry to much about the price. Go for it!
+1 for the informations provided by Wolfpack.
