Guide or Tutorial to write Seo-Friendly Articles?

Hello,

I used the search function but didn't find any good threads about this topic. I'm creating a adsense blog, did the keyword research etc. Now I have to write the articles but I don't find any guidelines about facts a good keyword targeted article has to have. (Keywords per 100 words, length, etc.)

Can you give me a link to a proper tutorial on writing seo friendly articles?

Here is a small guide

- Do Keyword research smartly and get longtail keywords with high or average monthly searches and good EPC

- Article length: 750 to 1000 words

- Keyword placement:
- In title
- In h1, h2, h3 tags
- In 1st and last sentence of the article

- Place the keywords in natural flow

- 3-4% keyword density

- Italic, bold and underline the keywords (only thrice per keyword means you need to italic/blod/underline a particular keyword only once)
